Rebuilt 89-92 1.6 NA Diesel Injector Pump. All the seals have been replaced, and the feed pump pressure and the output pressure has been tested. The 86 and newer pumps have an idle advance feature linked to the cold start lever.
The price includes a $150 core charge. I need the same kind of pump back that you ordered. The pic is only a sample picture.
The pump is tested on a test stand where the idle is set and the output of the pump is flow matched for all the cylinders. The pump is then installed on a 1.6L VW Diesel engine and further tested on the engine.
