VW 068130107A $255 VW Rebuilt Diesel Injector Pump 85 Rabbit Jetta Dasher <

Rebuilt Injector Pump for 1979-1985 Diesel VW. All the seals on the pump have been replaced and the pump is thoroughly tested. Anything has gone bad is replaced. The feed pump is tested and the output pressure of the rotor is tested.

The pumps are then tested and the idle is calibrated.

When you send me your old pump back, I will refund $150.

In March 2009 I set up a VW 1.6 diesel engine in my shop to further test (after the calibration) all outgoing injector pumps. So this pump has been tested on a running engine to ensure 100% quality.

I bought this pump 3 years ago but just installed it. It has a crack in the pump housing and is spraying diesel. Is there any help you can provide at this point?

Reponse: The pump was tested on a bench and then an engine prior to shipping, so it wasn't leaking, when we sent it to you. After sitting for three years, the pressure valve probably got stuck and allowed the pressure inside the pump to spike and crack the housing. We would fix the pump for half price. If these pumps are going to sit for any length of time, they need to be filled with a lubricant.
