Used OEM Eurospec Upgrade TDI Intake Manifold. This is a 2.0 PD-140 Intake Manifold.

One of the pictures shows the larger intake opening of 2.15 Inches as compared with the 1.85 inches for the stock intake manifold. The opening is not supposed to be round. It is not dented. It was made like that.

You can see that this intake manifold was designed for higher flow.

Fits 1.9 TDI models as well… Fits 98-05 Beetle TDI, 96-05 Jetta TDI, 96-05 Golf TDI, 95-97 Passat TDI.
